Teresa received her Masters in Music from Northwestern University in 2008, and her Bachelor of Music from Southern Methodist University in 2003, where she focused primarily on solo Classical works and chamber music. In 2013, she spent three months studying Chorinho music in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and continues to perform regularly in Atlanta with her band "Os Ossos." When she isn't playing the flute, Teresa is busy teaching flute, piano, and clarinet, and singing pop music with her favorite cover band.
