They did an outstanding job, there was some confusion because i thought they would be dressed as clown so those at the event said a clown had not arrived, they failed to tell me until later that the person doing face painting/ balloons was there and doing an amazing job. So Thank you and so sorry for the confusion.

The performer who arrived was very talented. But, she was an emergency replacement and was late. I don't blame her - but I do blame WOW for not informing me of the issue and keeping me in the loop. My event was starting, I had no caricaturist and no idea WHY. The number I was explicitly given to call for 'emergencies' was never answered. Not even a voicemail to leave a message. Life and emergencies happen, but keep your clients informed so they know what's happening. Again, the artist who arrived was talented and dove right in. My issue is with the management of the issue and lack of communication. A text sent to a land-line phone doesn't keep the client informed.

The artist did a fine job and most enjoyed the finished product. Having described the event as an "outdoor" setting, I was a bit surprised by her complaining about having to work in the sunshine and having somewhat less than level ground to set up on. It also seemed that she was slower than other artists I've hired in the past. All in all it was a successful event and most were pleased with their caricature.

Tia was absolutely amazing! She was early and was able to get to work right away. She was able to meet my children’s bizarre requests just by looking at picture I had on my phone. Booking and payment was very easy as well. Highly recommend!

I was hosting a 1,300 person community walk. Artist did not bring a table, and seemed put-off by having to get hers from her car. She stayed in a bad mood the whole time. Overall, she was rude and unaccommodating. There was a mom and child who waited in line for 30 mins. when it was their turn she turned them away, closed up and left. Granted, it was at 10:28am and they were only scheduled to be there until 1030am. But, I would have paid them the overtime out of my own pocket had she not packed up and left so quickly. People were pleased with her work, but her mood and lack of customer interaction needs work.

Thank you for the feedback and it's great to hear the guests were pleased and happy! We apologize if we were not able to meet your expectations. We followed up with the artist and there might have been a miscommunication as one of your team members said that you guys already had everything set up for the artist but when she arrived it wasn't so. Also, the artist stated that she finished after 10:30 am and the event was over at that point, the guests were leaving and everything was being taken down. We apologize that our artist wasn't able to stay extra as she had another events on the schedule. Thanks again! We'll do our best to improve in the future though!

Very upsetting!!!! After contacting the person who was supposed to show up, asking if we needed to provide anything no one showed up. At 5:41 p.m. I contacted Karina to see if someone was going to show up and she said that she thought I was someone else and I didn’t confirm the appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this performer to anyone
