I paid the deposit months in advance. Several communication were made to confirm the event. The balloon twister did not show up! It was very frustrating to see many students left the event without any balloon as I highlighted it on my invitation. The company did not even answer any of my email or call on that day. After 24 hours, no apology or any communication from their company was made. It's very unprofessional and really sad that this had happened.

We used them for balloon twisting and they were great to work with. Arrived promptly, friendly and Cheyenne was very talented and interacted sweetly with the kids. I am very impressed with them and their creations. Would def recommend them for any party.

They were very good but I was called during the party to let me know that they would be late. They did a good job, but on a busy day, it's hard to deal with late calls when the party has started. The talent was very good and polite.

4 year old birthday party at a preschool. Collette arrived before the scheduled time, got started early and painted all of the children's faces, including the unplanned add on's. It made their day! Thank you Collette!!! The kids are still talking about how awesome their faces looked!

Colette was UNBELIEVABLE!!! Her talent is only outmatched by her professionalism and energy...and that is saying A LOT because she is ridiculously talented. I had a last minute request to have my daughters face painted for their talent show. Not only were my girls blown away...all of their friends were too! I would HIGHLY recommend Professionalfacepainter for your event.
