Lorell David, the owner of i do! Events, moved from California to Alaska for love.
Prior to moving to Alaska in 2009, Lorell lived in San Diego, California and worked at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego Hotel -- a luxury 1625 room property with over 125,000 square feet of event space. With nine years of catering and convention services experience, she has organized events from as little as 10 people, to as large as 2,000. She also plans small meetings, birthday parties, weddings and everything in between.

Now I'm on the "other side of the fence" and currently work as a senior meeting and event planner for a local Alaska company and I'm loving it! Wanting to take things a step further with my love for event planning, I founded i do Events, a company dedicated to weddings and special events. With my background in catering, my knowledge of the local venues, and my relationships with the local vendors, I'm the person you can trust to make your special day what it was meant to be!
Lorell has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. She is also a Certified Wedding Planner with the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC).
