It is great when the client is organize and know their own information ( you would be surprise how many people don't know anything and call to inquire about price ). Before call any limousine company make sure you have your credit card/ ATM card in hand, the check in time, the check out time, number of passengers and the address where you want to be picked up ( at least the ZIP CODE). Also try not change the itinerary too much, when the client is confuse and keep changing their itinerary it will affects other bookings as well. Remember you are NOT the only event of the day , unless you booked the vehicle for more than 10 hours, there will be other parties before or after your ride, so be consider with others keeping your itinerary on schedule. To avoid cleaning fees please leave the vehicle in the same condition you found. If your party leaves a mess inside of a limousine it shows lack of courtesy and it will take more time to clean so the next appointment may be delay
