Dj was on time and played what was asked however he was very low energy and there were some awkward pauses in the music. The wedding party entrances were supposed to be exciting and fun and they were kinda boring. Also he needed a lot of direction which I thought was odd since he had 20+ years of experience. Played a good variety of dancing music. Good for the price but it wasn't anything too impressive.

The DJ, James, was late. He claimed to have car trouble (which I was sympathetic to) but he never got his act together. I wrote an extremely detailed outline for him to follow. He mispronounced and called my wedding party out of order. His voice over the microphone could not be understood. He played the same three songs on repeat during the dinner portion of the evening--every guest noticed. He kept coming to the head table to ask me what was next. I am supposed to be able to relax and enjoy my reception. It is on you to keep the party going. At one point he played three slow songs in a row. I also paid for karaoke. The song selection was terrible.

I'm sorry you felt that way this was an isolated situation I did follow your outline though so do not know what went wrong. Have to admit the car transportation problem threw me off because have never been late for a wedding and being married myself I understand the importance of everything going off correctly. I whole heartedly apologize I wish you and yours a bright future.

James is very nice and very professional; however, his equipment did not work properly ... making it very frustrating ... I had to work much harder at this portion of the party to keep guests happy ... not good!

I do apologize for the microphone mishap they were brand new and my first time using them. The audio feed back was an acoustic problem that was not discover until we started the karaoke I tried to reposition the speakers to stop the problem. I hope you can agree that your group were dancing and enjoying themselves and you kept me performing an hour and a half longer agreed (I was compensated for the extra time) and the only problem was the microphones which I have fixed that problem. Christine for the inconvenience if you will consider hiring our service in the future we offer you 15% off the total service.

There isn't much to say. He (Realm Entertainment) showed up on time and played music. I don't quite understand why he requested a playlist from us (Tonya and Buddy Moreland) prior to the reception when hardly any of the music we selected was played. He did play requests from our guests though.
