HOW BIG IS THE PHOTO BUS? - The photo bus is 30 feet long - Operational space on the inside is 24 feet long by 8 feet wide - When pulling the trailer for additional power the photo bus is 46 feet long IS THE PHOTO BUS COOLED OR HEATED? - Yes, the photo bus is equipped with (2) 25,000 BTU AC units and a heater WHAT HAPPENS FIRST? - $100.00 deposit is required and can be paid on GigMasters - We will email a contract - Contract must be signed, scanned and emailed back to Atlanta Photo Entertainment - Balance due before event WHAT HAPPENS IF MOTHER NATURE SPOILS THE EVENT? - If it is a very light misty rain we can still operate - If rain is mid to a heavy down pour the photo bus will stop operations - Client is reimbursed up to 50% of total price if photo bus cannot continue operation due to rain, snow, wind etc... HOW DOES THE PHOTO BUS WORK? - The photo bus is brought to your location and parked where you and your guests can enter and exit the bus - The photo bus must be on level surface - The bus is idling but does not move during the event - The photo bus can comfortably fit 20 - 25 guests at a time - Custom designed 2x6 photo strips are entered into system - When on the bus, guests will mingle, dance and get ready for their photo's - Photo session takes up to 2 minutes - Up to (8) 2x6 photo strips will print after session is complete - Photo strips take approximately 30 seconds to print - Host will receive a thumb drive of all digital photos at end of event HOW MUCH DOS IT COST TO RENT THE PHOTO BUS? - It costs $175.00 per hour to rent the ATLANTA PHOTO BUS - A $100.00 deposit and signed contract is also required - If the travel distance to your location is more than 30 miles there is an additional travel/fuel fee applied - Rent the ATLANTA PHOTO BUS for as little as 1 hour WHAT'S INSIDE THE PHOTO BUS? - Tons of props - 1000 watt sound system - Active LED lighting system, - 50" LG LCD TV for photo booth live view - Nikon D5000 DSLR camera - Sony high speed dye-sub printer (prints in less than 20 seconds) - We play the music you want to hear HOW DO YOU POWER ALL THAT EQUIPMENT ON THE BUS? - In some situations we can plug into an AC outlet near the photo bus - In situations were no AC outlet is available we pull a trailer with a 7500 generator aboard CAN WE EAT AND DRINK ON THE BUS? - No. The bus is carpeted and we don't want to damage the floor - Clients are responsible for all damage to the bus.
