We want to customize the sound with your needs. A small wine bar or wedding does not need the same sound as a festival or outdoor brewery. Perry Gerber Music promotes his original music along with standing covers to please his audience. Perry has provided music to bars & restaurants, main stage events, wineries & breweries, weddings and parties, car shows, casinos, public & private concerts. Perry is flexible, accommodating and brings his own equipment. He wants to provide a solo acoustic experience, duo or band sound as needed. Perry spent 2015 in the studio with John Neff (Journey) recording 5 of his originals that will offer a spectrum of rock music to show his versatility. This original compilation showcases Perry's variety of music from the romantic ballad ANGEL, featuring players from The Portland Cello Project to the hard rockin tune I DARE YOU TO LOVE ME, which includes Lisa Mann (Blues Awards winner) on bass and vocals. The title track I BELIEVE is Perry's newest and is a song that will really make you want to get up dance! Perry Gerber is a local celebrity in Lincoln City, Oregon and is well known for his family business Gerber Tires. Over the last 35 years, his passion for playing music provided him the opportunity to tour with Sara Evans and The North Santiam Band. That era included opening for Willie Nelson and Tim McGraw. This homegrown musician plays regularly with his cover band The Ocean, backs up coastal celebs like Bret Lucich and Michael Dane, and tours the Casinos and McMenamins with Jimmy Bivens Band. This tunesmith withstood a 7-year hiatus because he fell in love and gave up his music and essence to accommodate someone else 's journey. Escaping his 'false' existence, he immersed himself in the studio penning over 30 songs. He was driven by his passion to start writing and sharing his life of love found and lost and his journey through the world. Over the last 3 years, Perry has averaged 30 gigs a year, moving center stage as an acoustic singer songwriter with his originals. People respond to his beautiful and melodic voice. He crafted tuneful songs about life and journeys, love and heartbreak. A great entertainer, Perry has a knack for pulling the crowd into his music. His incredible energy on stage engages the audience with his soulful tunes. His original song Sandy Beaches landed him a spot as an emerging artist with Supercuts – 'Rock The Cut' campaign, being featured in over 2000 locations nationwide. Lisa Mann (2015 Blues Music Award winner/2016 Nominee and Cascade Blues Association Hall of Famer) adds her dynamite bass grooves and perfect harmonies to these passionate songs. The scope of this CD highlights Perry's hard-hitting rock acoustic guitar strumming but also brings attention to his gentle finger picking and percussive playing style.
