Dave was early and was all ready to go for the event. His magic tricks seemed more appropriate for 5 to 6 year olds. With the amount of money we spent for an hours worth of entertainment I expected more complex magic tricks. Many of Dave's props did not work properly so the tricks fell flat. The balloons were a big hit and the boys loved that. Dave was very patient and was excellent with handling the rambunctious kids.

David and Maribel were professional and responded to my inquiries in a prompt manner. They were on time. The children were comfortable interacting with Santa (David) and Elf (Maribel) during the event. Overall a positive experience for me and guests!

Performers were outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure all kids were entertained. We would definitely love to hire them for future events and recommend them to other military units. Besides a little confusion on a receipt detail, everything else was exceptional. Which I understand now was a miscommunication.

I made this known that this was an 8th grade graduation party and that there would be a lot of preteens and teenagers. I think that Marshmellow entertainment could have stepped it up a few notches, His magic was clearly for little kids no older than 8. He couldn't keep their attention and was very hard to hear and didn't not have a microphone and I let him know I was having about 70 people. he was polite but not assertive enough to control a small crowd or keep them entertained very long.

We booked Cinderella to come to my daughter's birthday party, and when I was contacted by Marsh-Mallow, I was told that we were going to get one of their best actresses. I was also told to expect a call from the actress to finalize plans. Not only did I never receive a call prior from the actress prior to the party, the actress who came seemed very disinterested in being there, which was noticeable to the other adults at the party. Also, I was told at the time I booked that my daughter would receive a "special present" from Cinderella, which was included in the booking fee. My daughter never received anything from Cinderella. Very disappointed in this company.
