I am all about filling up others with practical, proven, mind-altering ways to increase brain function (neuroplasticity) and gain lasting results that spill over into the workplace. It is never just losing the weight or landing a dream job that will give you true happiness and a "successful" life. The reductionist approach to personal and professional achievement will NOT provide any individual or organization with lasting results. You can have it all it just takes the right mindset and some hacks to get one to change because truth be told nothing will change around you until you change what is going on within you. 

In her seminars, Anna Marie will show you and your team how to put the "wheel" to work in your life and in your organization to unlock the barriers to better health, wealth, happiness and success. Knowledge and recognition of one's true self is power and uncovering where you truly are will help you work better with others, be more productive, provide better customer service, and most importantly become limitless as an organization. When individuals change their daily patterns of actions and thoughts true progress begins. We must think differently to do differently and embrace change and let go of the fixed mindset. It's time we all get out of our own way to thrive! 

Anna Marie speaks to executives about the ceiling they put on their level of success when they are not putting the Happy Whole You Daily "wheel" to work. She also speaks to the fact that setting new goals without the willingness to change in all aspects of life is a defective approach. Anna Marie has been quoted, "Stop setting new goals if you are not willing to change!" 

Anna Marie speaks to educators on how the bully that lives within them (the negative mindset) slows one's ability to thrive all school year. Anna Marie works with middle management and staff on becoming their best-self in order to be happy and successful in the daily grind. Mindset, thinking outside the box and realizing change begins with YOU, the individual, is a powerful realization to get to. It's not your boss or your co-workers that determine your happiness and success every day... it is you and Anna Marie gets individuals to stop playing the blame game and start changing what is going on within them with her action items and tiny little steps done over time! 

A little bit about Anna Marie. She grew up in a small town in Michigan. She graduated from Western Michigan University where she was a Division I athlete and founder of the Western Michigan University's personal training program. Even though Anna Marie started out in wellness as a movement coach she has quickly grown into an all-inclusive Human Upgrade Coach. Anna Marie spent 10 years as a classroom teacher and has a special connection with school teachers. She is a successful business owner and empowers other local business owners through her women's group and charity work. Anna Marie is a published author, speaker, certified Integrative Nutrition Health coach, certified Human Potential Coach, and certified Worksite Wellness Specialist. Anna Marie created the employee wellness program for the largest high school district in the state of California. She has also been a regular guest on Sunrise 17 an NBC affiliate and her work has been published in local magazines and online. She is also the main blogger for Happy Whole  Anna Marie has dedicated over 18 years helping others improve their health and happiness. Ahe is an avid runner, loves to rollerblade, and most importantly is a happy wife and proud mother who now lives in Bakersfield, CA.

Anna Maria was our keynote speaker at our annual All-Staff Meeting. One of the daily goals of our department is to promote overall health and wellness to the residents of Kern County, and that includes our employees. Anna Maria was extremely engaging, informative, while also fun and down-to-earth. Many of our employees came up to me afterwards and stated how much they enjoyed her presentation and how she motivated them to live a healthier life.
