Customer service was great when booking - however when the person arrived he was early and requested that he come into the party to change (this was supposed to be a surprise). He also was not aware that there were two names he was supposed to ask for and got the position title wrong of the person he did ask for.

The 2 gentlemen that came to perform for our daughter's party were wonderful! They did such a great job and we all enjoyed it. Our daughter was so pleased and the look on her face when the characters walked in was priceless! Thank you so much for making it such a memorable day for her and us as well!! Spider-Guy was great--kids loved him. He even stayed a few extra minutes because the kids were having such a good time with him. Only comment would be that we were under the impression that he would be doing more than just balloons during the second half. Overall we were extremely pleased!!
