A 3rd party was subbed for our event and I was never told nor given an opportunity to speak with him. He was an exceptional piano player with good variety; however, when it came time to make requests he didn't know some artists such as Bruce Springsteen and seemed a little caught of guard that we wanted him to sing. No fault of his own, but had we been given the chance to connect, we could have set expectations. We liked the performer but wish the Dueling Hobbits would have handled our booking with professionalism. We were told we could get an extended hour that night but the performer had to leave before we would have liked. The fee wasn't aligned with the service.

We spoke with Julie P, gave her a discount in kind, and apologized for the miscommunication. We had tried to reach the client two days before the event to no avail. We offered our services at a discount in the future. Thanks for being so understanding, Julie!

The Dueling Hobbits were fabulous. They were great entertainment for our Customer Appreciation event; we had the largest turnout for our event in 12 years. They were accommodating, easy going and very talented. We, and our customers, enjoyed the show thoroughly.
