Totally 100% surprised! The DJ made the reception shine. I could not have asked for more. I had not provided much input for the DJ Wayne, but he came up with an amazing selection that everyone was pleased with... Would highly recommend him to anyone who wants there reception to be a flawless, no hassle, magical evening to remember.

We hired Soundstar Entertainment for our wedding reception and Wayne was great! He was professional and had great taste in music. DJ Wayne was amazing. He was very professional and was somone I knew I could count on and trust. He was easy to talk to and had great advice. He arrived early to make sure everything worked well and was very accomodating my husband and I. I am soo happy I used DJ Wayne becuase I didn't have to worry about my DJ - I knew it was handled. He kept the party going into all hours of the night and most certainly kept me on the dance floor!

Wayne Mahoney is a very professional gifted artist. Our company dinner required some diverse music and patience. Not only did Wayne surpassed our expectations with the diversity of his music, but his delivery between each songs was flawless. Wayne did a fantastic job at our wedding! My wife and I looked all over to find a DJ who could perform on a double-decker bus going down the Las Vegas strip at night and Wayne was the only DJ who sounded confident that he could pull it off with style.
Not only did he pull it off with style, but I had a number of my guests comment that we had an excellent DJ. My wife and I could not have been happier with our selection of Soundstar.

We held a Sweet Sixteen event for my daughter. It included a variety of music, including latin music. When it came to adding additional songs in that category, SoundStar DJ Wayne, was extremely helpful and accomodating. The party was a success and everything went extremely smooth. Wayne was able to please all my expectations, in pleasing the young crowd as well as the older crowd for both hispanic and american music. You will not go wrong with DJ Wayne, he was there ready to set-up with plenty of time to spare, he was professional, accepted many requests and everything went off without a hitch. He was excellent.

Our SoundStar DJ (Wayne) was excellent! All our wedding guests thoroughly enjoyed his music and the way he interacted with the crowd. He played the songs we requested and filled the rest of the time with songs within the genres we specified. He was FANTASTIC and if we ever have an event in Las Vegas again, we will hire him in a heartbeat.

Our Wedding Reception went incredibly well and we owe a big chunk of it to the the marvelous job that Wayne from SoundStar Entertainment did for us that night. I would highly recommend him for receptions and events. He works well with you, accepts requests from guests, keeps excellent volume, plays diverse song list and most of all the genre that you requested in advance, moves the party along, knows all protocols, is dressed nice and professional, very personable and kind. Wayne was easy to get a hold of, always willing to answer our questions, was willing to meet with us months prior to the event and the event went off perfectly. Every song had someone on the dancefloor. We couldn't have asked for a livelier wedding reception. Wayne was great!!!

We loved Wayne. He is a talented professional and we were lucky to get him. Everyone at our party was happy with the music. He played every request without a problem. We were a mixed group,with many spanish music requests..from Merengue to Salsa and 80's music. He kept our party going and everyone on the dance floor. He has good equipment and the sound quality and volume level were always as loud as we requested. He also announced the different events during the party, (group pictures,candle blowing etc.) He is easy going which is very important when you want a worry free party. He helped us make our birthday party fun! He is the BEST! I truly RECOMMEND HIM

DJ Wayne came to set up early, accomodated all of our music requests and did a great job keeping the party on course. Booking a DJ for your wedding strictly based on internet reviews can be a little stressful, but Wayne was great and we have no regrets! All the great reviews were right. It was really nice to have a DJ who was present and made the needed introductions, but who was not obnoxious and who didn't overwhelm the party. All the guests had a great time and we were worry-free. Wayne, thanks so much for helping us put on a great wedding reception!

Wayne was an emcee for our fundraising 5K event at Mandalay Bay. He did a great job of keeping the atmosphere fun and upbeat at 6:30AM! His choice of song sets kept the event fun and lively at such an early hour and he kept things moving along with our raffle and prize ceremony. He was extremely professional and I would definately hire him again!
