I was EXTREMELY satisfied with Magic and Balloons and will use them for all my events in the area from now on! I highly reccomend them! The owner (Michelle) is extremely responsive and helped me make everything happen that I needed for my event. Professionalism, talented, responsive, and nimble...I give them 5 stars.

our FIRST experience was a lil rocky but unforgettable and speachless we all had fun and enjoyed our selfs and would recommend magic and balloons dj and karaoke to whome ever enjoyed them selfs @ my sons 9th birthday witch was unforgettable for hime and as well for my daughter who enjoyed herself lol till this day i am speachless of how they performend for us @ our request and would look into using them agine in the FUTURE thank you so much for the performance :)

Approached the DJ table at least 5 times to complain.
-DJ left our party when we needed him to announce tables for buffet - Dinner songs repeated on the playlist. Young, incompetent assistant "covered" for him.
-Played a poor quality recording that emptied the dance floor - You could barely identify it was J. Bieber's "Baby".
-He played Phil Collins' "In The Air Tonight" instead of dance music. Again, emptied the dance floor.
He did not have turntables, did not mix one song into the next, there were pauses between songs!
We stopped at 11:30 even though we had the dance floor until midnight. Magic and Balloons did not offer compensation.

The client called to complain and made several comments about how the venue had commented about how terrible the DJ was and asked for a 30 percent refund. While the DJ made a mistake he left for a shorter period of time then claimed and the DJ provided many extras. The DJ showed me several videos of the people dancing and having a good time and the venue told me that the DJ did a good job overall. The DJ provided a projector at no extra charge which saved the client $300 the venue would have charged her and made recordings of the speeches and gave them to the client as a courtesy. While the assistant made a mistake repeating the song once it was a one time mistake. T
