They were very professional. I was very satisfied with their services. I would hire them again for another event. I give them my highest rating!!! All of my guests were very satisfied and enjoyed my event, and that is in party to the music that In Tha Groove DJ Services provided.

I can see why people say CJ is the best! I got his name from a friend who booked him for a wedding last summer. CJ was there with me every step of the way, even though I booked really late in the game! At first I was anxious because his team looekd a little young. My fears were proven wrong! They did an AMAZING job! I'll definitely be calling CJ in the future.

The person who I spoke with at the office told me they were already booked for this date, and I was calling not even a week before my event. I was panicked but they informed me they could still take care of me. They did just that! They put together a second team of deejays and sent them out to my party. Everything went great, good group! Would definitely recommend.

CJ was simply amazing! We booked at the absolute last minute (less than 24 hours beforehand) because our DJ canceled. CJ really stepped up and did us right. They were on time and did an amazing job! The interacted with the guests and got everyone having fun. During the evening they even serenaded my mother with a song from grease! I was so impressed, I will definitely hire CJ and In The Groove in the future!

In Tha Groove DJ Services did a PHENOMENAL job at our Foster Children's Holiday Party! This was the first time we hired a DJ, and I was not sure really what to expect. From the first impression, CJ was extremely professional and accomodating. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was extremely happy with their service, over the phone and in person. At the party, they got the Foster Parents up and dancing, they played dance games with the kids and even interacted with them! I was really impressed!!! They are really easy going, and friendly. They arrived when they said they would, played a great variety of music that everyone enjoyed! Our party had kids from 2 years old to adults up to 60 years old! CJ and his partner really made the party! I would definetly hire them again, Superb JOB!!!!!!

The guys that came out were great. They were really accomodating and played our cd's when they didn't have the songs on their list. And I am actually referring them to a friend of mine for an October wedding. Thanks for helping us find a DJ for our party.

I was frustrated, because I spent over 3 hours at their site prepairing the song list. I was troubled that only a 1/3 was played. However the DJs partner was very friendly and had a great personality.If you book, just make sure you stress that you only want your song list played, or your song list should be played and let requests be taken after the song list you created is played through!

The DJ's did arrive on time, and had the proper equipment. That is where the service ended. The DJ's both had a very weak musical knowledge.

This customer was a corporation, we were hired by a comittee for a Farmer's Insurance Christmas Party. Customer programmed the entire evening by selecting an entire playlist. We arrived on time and set up, even began playing early for the customer. There was no incidents the entire night and everyone was enjoying themselves immensely. I, as team leader, arrived for the last two hours of the gig to supervise the DJ's that were on duty and be sure the customer was satisfied. The DJ promised 3 people would be there, and only 1 person came. They promised to research my theme, beach party, and bring appropriate music. I named some bands, like beach boys and bob marley. They showed up with NO beach related music, no beach boys, and 1 bob marley song. I sent them a list of 40 songs that I wanted to hear. They claimed to never get my list, and therefore, none of my songs were played. They promised to have a microphone for me to use to make announcements. The microphone didn't work. It was a terrible experience.

We never received the email customer claimed to have sent. Client ended up selecting a list of songs from our library that the DJ did honor. Even after being satisfied with the list she chose, still managed to complain. By the end of the night everyone at the party was over-intoxicated. Customer refused to pay for services (after keeping the DJ 4 hours past the deposit point) and had large intoxicated man throw the DJ's out without paying them. If customer was unsatisfied, she could have easily used up her deposit and sent the DJ home. Instead, she kept the DJ for five hours with the intention of not paying.
