Our goal at DJ Ryan Griz Entertainment is to treat every event as if it were our own. We can provide music for any occasion no matter how big or small. We will do whatever it takes to ensure your event is a success. Since 2005 we have serviced over 1,000 events. Our DJ's not only have experience in the media/entertainment industry, but they also love what they do. We believe that having a passion for music and a heart for working with people is the key to making your night simply unbelievable!
From your initial inquiry to the last song of the evening, we'll be with you every step of the way. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will then set you up with your very own on-line planning profile. Here you'll be able to create playlists, browse our most requested songs by category, generate a timeline of events along with many other planning tools to ensure your event is one for the record books.
And then when the big day finally arrives, we'll have everything we need to ensure your event goes off without a hitch. We will work hand in hand with other vendors and planners to ensure everything is on task. Announcements will be made in a timely and concise manner. Music volume will be constantly monitored to fit the situation/venue. Using us for your wedding? No need to stress, we'll do the heavy lifting. From bridal party cues during the ceremony to announcing last call for drinks and everything in between, we'll ensure everything is moving along smoothly and efficiently. Our on-line planning software will cover just about every detail of a wedding you can think of. And maybe a few things you never thought of.
Questions along the way? We're more than happy to discuss your event over a cup of coffee, on the phone, via Skype or e-mail. Just let us know what works best for you and we'll get something on the calendar. While others “moon-light” as a DJ, we have been fortunate enough to make this ALL WE DO. This equates to extremely fast response times and availability.
Being that each event is so different from one to the next, it is hard to list a price on our website. Some of the varying factors include – how many guests will be in attendance, off-season bookings (November, January, February & March) versus our peak-season, a Saturday versus any other day of the week, multiple sound set-ups, etc. Small non-profit events typically start at $300. Small corporate events will fall in the $500-$800 range. Weddings typically range from $700 to $2,900+. Towards the higher end of that range may include our Photo Booth, Lighting, Ryan Griz as your DJ, Gobo Projection, etc. Please contact us for a quote/package options.
