Founder and CEO of New Era Enterprises (NEE), Kamau McCray, began his education in the entertainment field by attending a well-respected broadcasting school in Baltimore, Maryland. Quickly following graduation from broadcasting school, Kamau worked for several national media organizations such as Radio One, CBS Radio, Great Scott Broadcasting, JKC Communications, and a host of other media entities where he honed in his entertainment skill set. Working for these types of organizations, both big and small, gave him a vast knowledge of operations in the entertainment industry, extensive experience in event planning, and insight regarding what industry pitfalls to avoid when putting on entertainment events.
