Dr. Himes & I cannot thank Robert and the MC enough! They arrived early to set up. The outdoor outlet was not working! That did not hinder Robert, Thankfully, he had an EXTREMELY long extension cord. (Our reception was held in our backyard, and the other outlet was far away on our patio!) Their expertise was wonderful! He did a fabulous job playing the songs we picked. He was quite flexible when it I added a song during the reception. It was a pretty old song and he & the MC were very accommodating. They located the song with no problem. Their level of professionalism was equally matched with a high level of kindness & fun. They were so easy to talk to and sweet!

One phrase summarizes my experience..."bait-and-switch". Less than two weeks before my wedding, Robert (the owner) informed me that he would not be available and was sending a replacement DJ. The communication was horrible. Despite providing a detailed program with songs included, the replacement DJ played several boring and not requested songs. The MC and DJ spent more time eating and enjoying the open bar than making my party lively. Guests left early. It was horrible. If I could sue them, I would. Robert gave me a discounted price because I was the first customer to book him on Gigmasters. As soon as he received a higher bid, he turned me over to 1-star staff.

Thank you for your response. Every opinion is important to us, even if we do not agree. Let's address "Bait & Switch." I explained that my father was having a procedure, and I had to go out of town. I let you know that my staff was informed of the change, and they were more than prepared for this event. You were disappointed, but state you understood. I take my business seriously. We have never received a review like this one. I will address this review further with gig masters, and give them #'s of all the other vendors you worked with to see if their review matches the one you provided about the quality of our service.

We plan to use Robert again. He did exactly as promised and was professional to everyone. Everyone enjoyed the music. We asked for a mix of music types to please everyone and we got just that. Everyone was happy. Thank you!
