Steve Waddington sings Dean Martin, Neil Diamond, Johnny Cash, as well as Frank Sinatra, Johnny Rivers, Elvis and others. And he sounds JUST LIKE them. Simply put, he's the BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Including all the mannerisms and character of the original artists, he is a TRUE Multi-Tribute Entertainer! No other performer even comes close to the authenticity, energy, charismatic performance and TRUE sound-alike quality! And he PROVES it 12-25 times per month!
DEAN MARTIN's daughter, Deana, recently exclaimed "...we LOVE how you honor Dad's songs with such love and respect. You're not just an imitator, you are a true, honest tribute! You actually made me cry!"
JOHNNY CASH's California relatives recently remarked "...excellent show! You sound more like Johnny Cash than J.R. did at times!" ('J.R.' was Johnny Cash's birth-name, it was the Air Force that gave him the name 'John', and Sun Records' Sam Phillips made it 'Johnny'...but to family he was always just "J.R.")
And people are RAVING about Steve's NEIL DIAMOND Tribute...even those that don't particularly care for ALL of Neil Diamond's songs...because Steve concentrates a little more on the early, more uptempo hits..."and he looks good in a sparkly shirt!" A couple of members of Neil's band were in the audience at one of Steve's shows and they came up to tell Steve and the band that they were "blown away" by his show!
A new segment of the show "JOHNNY RIVERS A Go-Go" has Steve paying tribute to the original "Secret Agent Man" and captures the feel of The Sunset Strip's early "swingin' 60's" era...complete with audience participation! It's an on-stage PARTY!
For the last eight years, every September, he has been one of the featured headline performers and co-MC on the JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE stage in Hollywood, for the annual 'Feast of San Gennaro' (aka the Italian Festival) on the JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE stage, and has performed for many functions and benefits for "The Sons of Italy" and various Italian festivals and organizations throughout California.
With decades of experience in casinos, night clubs. restaurants, festivals, private parties and corporate events, he's the top pick for show producers, event planners and agents alike. He also has his own unique show, "FROM RAT PACK to ROCK & ROLL", where he salutes Dino, Sinatra, Darin, etc, and then grabs his guitar (he's an accomplished guitarist!) and salutes the legendary Johnny Cash, Neil Diamond, Elvis, Johnny Rivers, Buddy Holly, the Everly Bros, Rick Nelson, Roy Orbison, Chris Isaak, Dwight Yoakam, Jace Everett, 50s, 60s, 70s 80's, etc...and his hilarious-yet-spot-on spoofs of Conway Twitty, Bob Dylan, Gordon Lightfoot, Donovan, the early BeeGees, the "hippy-dippy sixties", and much more!
He's an extremely charismatic, energetic, talented performer who sounds just like his intended targets...and he PROVES it 15-25 times each month in live performances with his backing band "The Retro-Rockin' All-Stars"...comprised of the BEST, seasoned musicians in Southern California, many of whom still back the biggest names in the entertainment industry!
HOWEVER, he does NOT claim to be "a man of a thousand voices"...he's a guy that just happens to do about "a dozen-or-so" voice characterizations, and he does them better than anyone! PLUS...he can adapt the show to incorporate as few, or as many, tributes as needed.
Just want "an evening with Dino"? No problem! Or "the Johnny Cash Tribute Show"? Great! Or just "The Hits of Neil Diamond"? Let's do it! Maybe an evening of vintage rock and rockabilly? Perfect! Or any combination thereof! With any size band or singing to pre-recorded tracks! Anything from a quick 15 min show to a full 2 1/2 hour concert!!

Nelson in TAKE ME HOME AGAIN, as well as co-starring with Sam Jones in the premier episode of Animal Planet's HOLLYWOOD SAFARI. Plus, he has done tons of voiceover work for commercials, trailers and PSAs.
