My Wife and I hired Something Blue to play at our wedding after seeing them several times around the greater Portland area.
We worked closely with Jaye to find a set list that would fit our wedding. She was also willing to be the MC if/where necessary to help move everything along.
The band is a group of great musicians. Many of my guests throughout the evening approached me and said "Wow! where did you find this band? They are amazing!"
I would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding....or if you wanna have a sweet party at your house. You will not be disappointed!

Something Blue (SB) exceeded our expectations. From the initial meeting they were very professional, friendly and informative. They listened to our ideas and discussed how they would fit into our vision for our wedding. SB was timely, efficient and put on a great show! We found them to be accommodating and open, smiles, they were all smiles. Their set list was well balanced, speaking to the cross generation of guest - up beat, energetic and great presence. Jaye's voice is wonderful, she can hit the notes and hold the melody...this is a must have band for any occasion.

Something Blue was just wonderful. They are incredibly talented musicians and great performers. They listened to our requests for changes in volume and chose very appropriate selections for our event. I highly recommend them.

Something Blue was great to work with from the start. They were more than willing to work with us from a distance, meet with us last-minute, and accommodate all of our requests. They were very professional, yet relaxed and fun to work with at the same time. They are also VERY talented musicians - Jaye's voice is amazing and we absolutely loved the mix of music they played!

Something Blue was a really wonderful band - we're so very happy we used them for our wedding. Jaye is really really nice and accommodating. She was very professional and worked closely with the restaurant day of planner to iron out details. The only hiccup at the time we were planning the wedding was that they didn't have a wireless mic so they asked us to get our own PA system. It was $40 at Buckdancers for a one-day rental. In the end though, they had a wireless mic that we could use.
Everyone at the wedding raved about how good they were and how much better they are than the stereotypical wedding band. I would recommend them to anyone.
