In April of 2013 Love Jones was featured by CBS as one of the top 5 bands in Philadelphia. We have won PHL 17 Best of the Jersey Shore multiple times, voted best of Philly on the FOX 29 Hotlist, and boast a perfect 5 star rating by everyone of our past customers. So what make us different?
Every band says they are the "Premier wedding band" or the "Areas hottest wedding band" but look for yourself. Are they really? Do they seem a little cookie cutter to you? What is it that makes them "Premier, or HOT or different from the dozens of other bands in the area?
When we put the Love Jones Band together we asked ourselves just that question! What makes us different? Do we really want to be just another typical wedding band? NO WAY! We need to give these brides and grooms another option. They don't want a wedding band, they want a young talented, fun band that can play weddings!
Focusing on private events, weddings and corporate affairs, Love Jones is not a typical stuffy wedding band. You wont find a 40 something women singing Lady Gaga or Katie Perry or a 50 something male singing Bruno Mars or FloRida. Fronted by three YOUNG talented vocalists (2 female and one male) with support from versatile musicians, this band is truly a different type of wedding band. Love Jones has the unique ability to cover a wide range of musical styles including top 40 , pop, rock, disco, funk, country, swing and standards. It's all there with this band! Absolutely perfect! We have a picture perfect night which was made even better when Love Jones started playing. They were here early to set up, they played a huge variety of songs and it was so refreshing to see how much fun they were having while they played! I was getting compliments all night and my Facebook page is loaded with more! I would hire them again in a second. Thanks Gary, the band was fantastic!!!

The Military Ball is an annual event that the Delaware National Guard holds every year. This year we had a 1000 people from the Governor to privates and airman in all age groups attending this event. In the over twenty years of attending this event I have never seen as many people on the dance floor, and received so many compliments on the band selection. In one word "phenomenal".

The Love Jones Band was incredible! They had our party dancing from the beginning to the end. The dance floor was never empty. They were very professional and accommodating. Our guest were blown away by their performance !
In a mixed-aged party from 20's to 60's, Love Jones kept such a high energy , exciting feeling from song to song. The music was hot. The beat was strong. The singers were nothing short of amazing!
