Back-Seat Drivers Variety Band from Wichita, KS

Looking for a terrific band to play at your event? The "Back-Seat Drivers" is a 4 piece band and have played shows at the Blacktop Nationals Car Show and opened up for country star Mickey Gilley. We play a variety of music: Classic Country, Red Dirt Country, Oldies, Southern Rock, Classic Rock & Blues. We are a fun and exciting high energy group and play many of the standards you know. Playing for the crowd is our goal while providing great entertainment and sound. Each member of the band is professional and accommodating and will do their utmost to provide you with a great time. You will also find yourself singing along with us while having a terrific time.The bass player is a little wild and crazy kind of musician as he often likes to become part of the crowd and it is not uncommon for him to get down on the dance floor and do a little dancing with his bass guitar in hand. I can't really say he will do this as it is hard to get down from a trailer or stage sometimes but he tries. The lead guitar player is also a little on the side of having fun as he also at times has been known to play a little long on a lead ride or two. If these two aren't able to get on the floor with the crowd they may still do a little dancing on the stage. The other lead guitar (that's right we have two lead & rhythm players) is a solid artist on the guitar and it doesn't take long to realize it. Our drummer on the other hand won't be dancing with the crowd but he will be doing a hand dance on his drums. As you can see we like to have a little fun when we work.
