Vital Itch - Rock/Dance Cover Tunes Cover Band from Newbury Park, CA

Vital Itch is a professional veteran four-piece cover band playing upbeat familiar rock/pop songs from many eras. We bring a "fun party attitude" to any event; festivals, private parties, corporate events, and live music venues with dance friendly sing-along sets. We perform songs by artists such as Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, Neil Diamond, Billy Joel, ZZ Top, Billy Idol, John Mellencamp, Tone Loc, Goo Goo Dolls, Sugar Ray, Matchbox 20, Oasis, U2, Incubus, Sublime, 3 Doors Down, Black Keys, and the Barenaked Ladies. "The Itch" also offers up a few contemporary chart toppers in our repertoire such as Walk the Moon's smash hit "Shut up and Dance" and a few unique rock versions of pop dance hits such as ABBA's Dancing Queen! Dance standards such as "Play that Funky Music", "Brickhouse", "Sweet Home Alabama", "La Bamba" and "Brown Eye Girl" are always ready to go when needed. Vital Itch would be pleased to coordinate with you on a customized set list. We are also willing to consider learning a requested song or two for your special event! Members of Vital Itch have combined experience of over 60 years playing in cover bands! We are completely self-sufficient with our own equipment including an awesome high-end PA system. We can also play any pre-recorded music (from an iPad, iPhone etc.) through our PA for special purposes, including pre-show and during breaks to keep the atmosphere festive. Vital Itch (the name originating from drummer Greg Vitalich) is based in Ventura County and is willing to travel out of town for select events. We have played well-known popular music venues in Ventura County for years, played dozens of fun private parties (milestone birthdays, community block parties, firefighter appreciation concert, and weddings) and entertained large crowds at corporate events such as at biotech giant Amgen.
