ROCK CANDY A rock band that truly appreciates its friends and fans. An amalgamation of individual styles and tastes that range from 80's metal hits, to 60's pop hits, to 70's rock anthems, and 90's alternative grunge, and nearly everything in between, including a dose of originality, make the powerful sounds that define...ROCK CANDY. The band was formed in 2006 by Amy Crabtree and Jason Allen, along with then-bandmates Jerry Lawson and David Young. They immediately grabbed the attention of local clubs and event holders who booked them opening for acts such as Saving Jane, Black Oak Arkansas, Bobaflex, Melovine, Shinedown, Dokken, Seven Mary Three, and many more... The band became mainstays at some the most popular clubs in the Ironton-Ashland-Huntington-Charleston area, pulling in crowds that other new bands in the area could only hope for.
