Our experience? terrible! We thought For the price It was a deal.
However, after several emails back and forth with Paul (the dj),
taking the time to fill out the song request form, and countless
Hours researching our perfect music. Paul got the date
Wrong!? As I finished getting ready my bridal party kept
Checking for the djs arrival. 30 min.15 min. We called panicked.
He informed me he messed up the dates. Oops. He felt bad. What?
We Could not do half of what was planned. Gave us our deposit back, but refuses to pay costs he offered to cover. Bottom line-DO NOT HIRE FREEZE FRAME. I have never been one To write a bad review, but I must save others!

Denee booked this event through Gigmasters for a Friday night. She later changed her date back a day to a Thursday night but did not update the the new date with Gigmasters or with our own online login management. I did locate an email from her that indicated a date change. Unfortunately, that change was not reflected anywhere, including her contract. As a result, we missed her event. It is a terrible situation and we promptly refunded her deposit and offered to assist finding another local DJ to get to her event. She refused and hired a DJ from the venue and saved $400. We deeply regret the situation and this mark on our otherwise perfect record. See our SD profile.
