ECT Cover Band from Seattle, WA

ECT (Emerald City Throwdown) is the pacific northwest's premier old school party band, playing private parties, casinos, outdoor festivals and fundraisers for the last 12 years. Everything from the city of Bellevue's July 4th celebration (2006 & 2014) to backyard parties in Washingon, Oregon, and Idaho ECT tailors to each event we play. Or specialty is moving with the crowd, playing favorites for young and old, every generation with energy! Our music is a mix of old school hits (Kool & the Gang, K C & the Sunshine Band, Stevie Wonder), Motown (Marvin Gaye, Temptations), 80s (Bobby Brown, Monet Jordan), classic rock tunes (Brown Eyed Girl, Wild Nights), sweet soul music (Al Green, Lou Rawls), and even some 80s Rock (Don't stop Believing, Summer of 69, Blister in the Sun). Throughout the years we've been fortunate to play for almost a hundred weddings, playing jazz for the dinner music, singing the first dance songs (even adding a great girl singer to the band). Our strength is our wide appeal and ability to turn on a dime, customizing our set list on the fly. Every event is unique and special.
