Doctor Robert is a new generation of The Beatles Tribute Bands. Dressed in "Ed Sulllivan"-style suits (and a black mod-style dress), Casey Falter, Karen Janssen, Kevin Reinert and Ben Wright bring great enthusiasm and a fresh sound to over 80 songs spanning The Beatles' entire career. For Doctor Robert it's all about the music and the genius of the songwriting. And, to spice it up for our audiences, the song list changes for each performance as we customize sets for dancing or listening. Though we perform most of the songs to their original arrangements, we have added a few twists and turns to some numbers. Listeners have been quick to point out how much respect Doctor Robert brings to the music of The Beatles, as well as how infectious the energy is during our performances! The Beatles wrote possibly the most important catalog of music of any band in the history of rock and roll. With over 200 songs written and recorded, their influence on multiple styles of music can't be denied. We, the members of Doctor Robert, enjoy everything from jazz to bluegrass to funk to heavy metal. We are pleased to bring these elements into our interpretations of the songs. And, we love that the common ground of The Beatles' music has brought us together as a band. It has been inspiring to watch people of all ages and backgrounds at our shows, singing and dancing to familiar songs they love. We feel strongly about keeping the spirit of such wonderful music alive, whether our listeners grew up with the songs or just recently discovered them.
