A band with a MOTOWN SOUND, that offer a large variety of music, entertainment, and blend. Our repertoire ranges from Motown, Mellow Moods, to Zydeco - from Big Band Jazz, to Down Home Blues,Pop,to Disco and Dance and Our Ten - piece band was formed in 1996, and continues to perform. Musically, every member has performed with other great artists. Therefore past experiences have brought us together to be the best band that we can. Our members are all friendly, talented, and dependable.
Entertainment is what we give back to you. Our goal is to entertain our customers. "Got to Give the People What They Want" is our motto and theme song. The type of audience we are performing for at that time determines our choice of music. Audience involvement and participation is always a part of our show.
Blending is our specialty. Most of our vocalists are true relatives, which gives our music that just-right sound and intonation. Harmony and pitch, are our strong points. Our combination of two keyboards, two guitars offer a full quality sound with every beat. Speaking of beat, our full percussion section never misses a beat. You'll see!.
The band has recently opened for recording artist Mel Waiters for his performance in Hammond, Louisiana. Other featured recording artists to name a few: Willie Hutch, Marvin Sease, and Willie Clayton. Have opened for various annual functions such as: the Andouille Festival, LaPlace, Louisiana; Bonfire Festival, Lutcher, Louisiana; St. John Catholic Church Fair, Edgard, Louisiana; West St. John Multi Arts & Crafts Festival: the River Fest '95 / '96 and closed behind Charmaine Nevilles. Promoted, organized and performed at Fall Fest '97 held at Regala Park in Reserve, La. Have performed at many other fundraisers in St. John Parish such as Carl Baloney, Sheriff, Robert Faucheaux, Senator. Also have had the pleasure of contracting the sound equipment used for the Julius Farmer Band, which featured Johnny Adams, at Our Lady Of Grace Gym.Various Performances for: New Orleans LaPavallion Hotel, Ramada Inn in Hammond,New Orleans, La, DuPont Pero Chem.
