We hired an Easter Bunny for 24 March 2018 for the children of our Soldiers. The team showed up early, I showed them Exchange Mall and where they would be set up. The children, parents and soldiers had a great time. We do appreciate their professionalism.

Bunny and assistant did a great job. Costume was clean and not ratty or dirty like past bunnies we've had from other places. It was a nice surprise to get an assistant with the bunny, we didn't realize that an assistant came with the quoted price. Overall very professional company and we'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I booked months in advance, when I emailed a week in advance of the party to confirm they said all their gigs have been cancelled. This was a day later, 6 days before the party. Nobody notified me so I was left in a panic to get someone to replace them quick. Terrible terrible terrible. I left a .5 star because I couldn't leave a 0.
