Carlos was perfect and exceeded my expectations. He was charming, professional, accommodated all of my requests with enthusiasm. He was available within the short timeframe of my request. He had a quick turnaround in getting back to my request. Easy to coordinate with. He did a great job with Gorilla costume and signing was very good. Very funny and entertaining. The birthday person was taken by surprise and happy. It worked out GREAT!

Very professional--in contact from beginning to end, even while coordinating the gig from a different country. Very accommodating to making sure that my mother had a great birthday surprise (dressed up as a gorilla), even with a typically difficult-to-satisfy family. Attendees noted, "It was Perfect" and "It was HILARIOUS!" Would definitely hire Carlos again!

Carlos emailed me to coordinate a time, inquired about special touches, ie. message, song requests, costume requests. He was on time, and surprised the recipient as intended. Overall, my experience was effortless, and the only thing I wish I could change is that I would have been there to see him myself!

Propmpt, reliable, and put on a great show. AND he's cheaper than every other option out there....5 out 5 for sure. I booked "Charly" only two days in advance to show up to her office dressed as a gorilla with a sombrero playing guitar and sing her happy birthday. He was great! He answered every question I had very quickly and had no problem moving the time up when I found out she was running late for work. My sister and everyone in her office had a great time. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering a singing telegram. It's a great way to embarrass a family member or friend for their birthday!

I am not happy with the singer, cause after the second song he removed his costume completely, and was dressed unpoperly. We agreed he will sing for 30 min in a costume of gorilla , but after he removed his costume completely, and said: "I cannot go like this for long. This is too much", my husband was very upset and asked me to tell him , that it is enough. So my question if it is too much for him, why to come to people's events, to charge them for that, and to ruin parties. I was very disappointed and next time will very careful before doing something like that. You planning a surprise for your loved one, spending the money and staying disappointed.

I keep learning. This client doesn't lie. I told her that my show is 7 minutes in average, she insisted in having me for 30 minutes, WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE (learn, my peers), but I accepted to accommodate (I should get some extra points in accommodating). Try a Gorilla costume in Miami for more than 5 minutes and you will feel like dying. Since I was going to stay for 30 minutes, I had to take it off or faint. Her husband loved the surprise (that's the purpose of my act), not me staying longer (as I predicted). Judging for the scores received, decapitation is what I deserved. 1st time, though. I always get 5 stars from all my clients, check my history.

My niece was very pleased! She resonated with the music that was played for her!! The wedding planner didn't do much to accommodate the situation. She made very uncomfortable and in a hurry to do things. However, the performer was very professional all the way to the end, even when he was cut off of his time from the wedding planner~~! Nevertheless, My niece was very pleased anyway!!!
