I requested tinkerbell instead we just got a fairy that did not resemble tinkerbell at all, this was very disappointning for the children expecting tinkerbell I made a special request to have temporary tattoes as were having a pool party and this will not fade away I did not get this.What a waste of my money.The performer was a very nice person who did the best with what she had,I'm not blaming her for the mishappening but blaming gigmaster for not handling my request properly.I paid a lot of money and did not get what I requested.I made my booking in April and you had plenty of time to let me know that you could not fulfill my request.

extremely disappointed, very unprofessional clown who looked embarrassed and shy, was not engaging in the slightest. very very bad experience, will not recommend PFAL for anyone. almost ruined the whole party. spoke with a representative, still awaiting refund.

My overall experience with the performer was pretty good,I think the performers could have kept the kids attention a little better and got more into character with the kids. They did a good job with the balloon animals and face painting but the three legged race and the spoon/egg relay race did not go as well. Overall the kids were happy.
