I am sorry to leave a negative review but I wasn’t pleased with the experience we had for my 3 year olds birthday party. There was a lack of customer service prior to the event. I had to call multiple times to get in touch with someone 24-hours before the party just to go over the plan. Further, the talent (princess) didn’t seem into performing. She didn’t really get into the character at all. She was quiet and didn’t engage with the kids until 20 minutes in or handle the games. The “assistant” did all that for her which just felt odd. Lastly, the company owners need to make sure the costumes aren’t falling apart and are well kept.
