Tim arrived early to the event as he said he would and we had the opportunity to go over last minute details. Tim was very professional and very personable. I indicated to Tim early on that he would be up against a difficult crowd, and he certainly was. Tim was able to capture the evening with his humor was an effective primer on motivating this crowd to be proactive. The crowd participation activities were great and assisted in bringing many out of their "comfort zone".
