Hi there! I'm Sandy Stec. Weekday afternoons, you can hear me on KOST 103.5 (FM) from 3pm-7pm. I'm also a stand-up comedian and event host! I LOVE talking to people and making your event as smooth and memorable as possible. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and was a midday DJ on KEZR in San Jose for 10 years. After that, I transitioned to mornings ("Marcus and Sandy") on Star 101.3 (KIOI) for another ten years. Currently, I host an afternoon show on KOST 103.5 in Los Angeles, while doing stand-up comedy as often as I can. (I've performed on cruise ships, clubs, private events, etc.) I've worked with Jay Leno, Arsenio Hall, Kevin Hart, Chelsea Handler, Dana Carvey, Richard Lewis, etc; and my corporate clients include Benefit Cosmetics, Cisco, HP, and Caymus Vineyards. I'm also a nature enthusiast and love traveling, hiking and exploring as much as I can. (I'm currently planning a 2024 trip to view the Total Solar Eclipse from a destination along it's path!)
