The performer was not as prepared as expected. She was very apologetic about it though and we made the best of the situation.

Our company networks with other performers and the person I sent that day was prepared the night before. I saw too that. I was unable to reach the client to find out more details. Our company strives for quality entertainment. It saddens me that they were displeased.

Hugs was great! We were having a party for my daughters 5th birthday. She was right on time and was very patient with all of the children. I would absoultely ask her to attend another party and recommend her to any one looking for entertainment to a childs party.

Elmo was great. THe kids loved him. Elmo's helper did a nice job of the tatoos and balloons.

Patty was wonderful. She was there on time, very friendly and once the kids got over their initial shyness, she was busy the whole night. We have some awesome shots of her work because kids were having their pictures done in the photo both afterwards.

Hugs was a HUGE hit at my daughter's 1st birthday party. She arrived on time, was professional, friendly, & quick with her amazing face painting abilities & balloon sculpting. I would definitely use her services again.

I was please with the experience she made the party less stress and the kids really enjoyed it. For the price wish there was a little bit more games of some sort. Maybe there should have been 2 people handling the party. For the price think there should have been a little bit more. But overall I was pleased with the day.

Hugs came at the time she was supposed to and her costume was perfect! Nice and colorful, very happy and her make-up looked great. She has a wonderful artistic talent and did a great job on painting faces!! Everyone was so pleased. The balloon artist looked great and was friendly and the children loved their balloons!! Thanks so much for having such wonderful artists!

We were really dissappointed:( We hired "Hugs" to come as Elmo. Hugs herself was not there. The guy she sent to do the balloons and tatoos was nice, but you could tell he had no experience doing his job. To be quite frank, the whole experience was a little awkward and embarrasing. I would not recommend this performer. I hate to be harsh, and I usually don't complain, but this performer did not honor my requests to surprise my son and it was rather expensive for what we got!

I am very sorry she was dissatisfied and our performers have done this several times before without any complaints. She was told before the event that Hugs would not be there and was fine with this. She also gave our performers a tip.
