James put on a good show. Was funny and kept us laughing.

It was a true pleasure. I was overwhelmed by the standing ovation encouraged by the hostess, along with the many laughs and compliments I received. I also appreciate the text message ensuring me how much the family enjoyed the performance. Mr. Lawson was one of the funnest/best comedians I’ve had the experience of seeing. His material can rival the Hollywood professionals. The quality of his material was clean, relatable & extremely funny. He was very accommodating, professional, punctual & down-to-earth. He had the crowd laughing during his entire routine. He was phenomenal! Definitely five stars!!!

From the first inquiry until the day of the event, James communicated promptly and professionally. His comedy was funny and relatable. We booked him for a celebratory event for our leadership team and he was a hit. He kept the jokes coming and he engaged the the audience in a light humored way that made them eager to respond. Awesome comedy performance! Even though virtual environments can be very difficult, James made us laugh as though we were all in a traditional show. Awesome job, very funny!

FIVE STARS across the board. We hired James to make my father's birthday on Zoom extra special. We may not have been able to go out and celebrate the traditional way but James really bridged the gap. He was clean, hilarious, and very professional. He reached out early to get more information about the guest of honor and test the technology. The show was funny, personalized and MEMORABLE! Absolutely hilarious! Perfect addition to my bday party especiay during COVID. I havent laughed that hard in a LONG time. All my guests enjoyed his act. Will definitely book him again in the future. He performed longer than the contracted time and was the highlight of the event! Book him!!!!

From the very beginning Mr Lawson was professional. He asked for detail background information about me so that he could incorporate it in the act. My family and friends enjoyed his clean act and most of all he was a big hit ! My birthday party could not have been any better. He takes his this comedy act seriously and puts his heart and soul into what he does. It was nice finding someone from Va that could connect with folks at my party and possibly drum up more bookings. If we have anything again we will be sure to book with James Lawson. I also wanted to say he arrived on time and the booking fees were reasonable.

Mr. Lawson did an awesome job entertaining the guest of my graduation celebration. Prior to the event, Mr. Lawson asked for a bio of the graduates and from the information bios, he developed some funny punchlines and jokes. The guest were very pleased with Mr. Lawson's performance.

Mr. Lawson arrived early to introduce himself and his wife. We inquired about the sound (mics) and took pictures of the venue. Despite hearing some tragic news before his set, he managed to perform without a hitch. He was professional and flexible as he had to wait for us to finalize his payout. Most of all, he was simply hilarious! I would highly recommend him. He does not offend nor use the audience to make fun of but relates his skit to everyday living - enjoyable clean fun for all.
