Philip holds a performance degree from University's Boyer School of Music, where he studied under Allen Krantz. He has had chamber as well as solo playing experience throughout the Philadelphia area for 10 years in addition to teaching. Although classically trained he is also well versed in the styles of jazz, contemporary and pop, and is able to bring the rich melodious sound of the guitar to events both large and small.
