We hired a flute and strings trio to play at our wedding ceremony. The group was very responsive by email, was able to accomodate all of our song requests, and played beautifully. They were on time and played for a half hour prior to the ceremony, during the ceremony, and during the recessional. We are very pleased with Harmonia Strings.

Harmonia Strings performed excellently. They played two selections at my sister's funeral and all present were touched by their beautiful selections of Bach's Air and Rachmaninoff's Vocalise. Their performance bought many people to tears. They have wonderful technique, style , they are classy, true porfessionals and very nice people.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Harmonia Strings. Everyone at our wedding was blown away by their performance. They really MADE our ceremony! We were so impressed by them. They were unbelievable & sounded better than a studio recording. In terms of price-for the quality of their music and professionalism, we should've paid triple than what they charged. Harmonia was one of the most smooth dealings we had with a vendor. They took care of everything & we didn't have to keep following up. I was also very impressed of how accomodating they were with travel. They came a pretty far distance to play for us. We strongly recommend using them for any event!!

Harmonia Strings is fantastic! Djeina was extremely accommodating and worked with me to co-ordinate all the details for my event. Borris and Rachael (who performed) were everything I could ask for, professional, punctual and wonderfully talented. My request was unusual in that the performance was in Central Park on a rather cold day but they didn't mind at all. My only regret is that they don't live closer to me (in Toronto Canada) so that I could hire them more often. HIGHLY recommended to anyone who is looking for performers. My (now) fiancee hasn't stopped talking about them since. =)

Harmonia Strings was FABULOUS! They played the cocktail reception at our wedding and it was the perfect touch. They worked with us on the specifics and sounded excellent. Harmonia Strings were spectacular!!! I spoke on the phone with Djeina
several times leading up to the funeral mass, discussing & coordinating the music and instruments needed and she was an Angel!
She was patient, understanding, and extremley helpful with suggestions that made it easier for me to sing at my brother's funeral mass.
After the mass everyone was overwhelmed with the exquisite performance. They were worth 10x's what they were paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Harmony String were not able to followed basic instructions by the groom when he was in church. The violinist did do whatever they wanted and placed and accommodated themselves were they wanted it to. They were not able to see the flower girls when they were entering neither they followed up instructions by the bride 4 weeks prior and 2 days prior to the wedding. They were not able to see the bride to play the wedding march. The bride had to wait till someone went upstairs in the church balcony and (WHERE THEY DID NOT SUPPOSED TO BE AT ALL) for the bride entrance. It was a disaster!!! I would not recommend these violinist to anybody they are unprofessional.

The feedback is totally not true.
Unfortunately the bride had a poor english language knowledge so it must have been a misunderstanding. Upon the entrance in the church we met the groom who advised us to direct ourselves to the balcony since the curch was small and there was no other place for musicians to be. The bride was coming later then expected and the groomsman was supposed to signal the entrance which he did slowly so the music started slightly later, otherwise there were no problems, everything was played as directed by the bride. People get very nervous during their big day so we will not take the comment personally. Thank you.

They were very accommodating in handling special requests (we asked them to play the Indiana Jones march for recessional). They played a wide selection of classical pieces and pop songs that appealed to all of our guests (who have very disparate tastes). They were professional and played beautifully, which was especially important as several of our guest have very discerning ears.
I would recommend them again in a heartbeat (and have done so time and again).
