Our musicians are available 365 days per year. Since we have a large roster of talented musicians, we can always get you the group that you want when you want it, even if we have a group already booked on your date!!! We are fully professional virtuosi with roots in the Conservatories of New England & the Rock Scene of NYC. Tho' we're located in New England, we travel all over the globe upon request. We are all experienced professional musicians. No students. We are all highly trained and perform with the top orchestras and bands in New England, including the Boston Pops Orchestra. Our musicians have backed up Rod Stewart, Luciano Pavarotti, Jethro Tull, Moody Blues, and many other famous artists. Shilakowsky & the S-band From smooth dance tunes to overdrive rock, romantic love songs to rap. Our styles criss-cross between jazz, funk, rock, pop, classical, r&b, alternative & indie sounds, electronica & even rap. We play covers and originals. We come from the NY rock scene, the New England Conservatory. We do DJ mixes with live electric, acoustic and electronic instruments. The size of the group varies depending on client needs and type of gig we're playing, but we're acoustic & electric strings-violins, viola & cello, drums, bass, keyboards, vocalists and DJ's. We'll sing and/or play all kinds of tunes from the 1920's through tomorrow. Creative, fun-loving, talented and professional.
