We have had James perform at our events several times. Outside of his excellent entertainment skills, we especially like the aspect that we can go on with our jobs knowing that James will do his with no complications. We highly recommend this classical guitarist.

James was a fantastic addition to Pacific Northwest Ballet's event! His music was a perfect background to our outdoor party, and he even offered to bring us a microphone so we didn't have to rent an extra one. James was very professional and easy to work with, and our guests were so complimentary of his beautiful music. We would definitely work with him again!

I was very pleased with James Allen Mcclure. After reading some great reviews on Gigmaster I decided that I wanted James to play during my wedding ceremony. After I booked him, he quickly got in touch with me via email. While understanding that he has a list of songs he can play, I was pleased that James was able to learn a piece of music that I really wanted as a part of my ceremony. James Allen Mcclure was very accommodating, professional and his music sounded great.

James was amazing through the whole process of planning the music for our wedding. From the first day we booked through Gigmasters to the day after the wedding he has gone above and beyond, constantly staying in touch to help us to choose songs, changing arrangements to fit our needs and playing the most beautiful music we have ever heard. He was extremely organized and punctual, showing up many hours before he was scheduled to make sure he would be set up and ready in time for our ceremony. Many of our guests commented on how beautifully he played. We would absolutely recommend James to play for any event, his professionalism, kindness, and talent is priceless.

james not only is very talented but also accommodating as well. he learned specific tunes for the bridal ceremony, was very prompt; even coming to practice in the setting the day before the wedding. i would highly recommend him for any function. he was a pleasure to work with and i will certainly hire him again when the situation presents itself.

Overall his performance was excellent.A very pleasant sound with perfect acoustics.Playing over 4 hours of continuous music was astonishing to my guests.Also,James offered himself to talk with guests and answer questions after his performance which was delightful. I would highly recommend James to any of my friends in the future and look forward to hearing him play again.

James was wonderful! He arrived early to set up and was prepared for the arrival of the guests. He focused on the style requested and yet played a few personal requests from the guests. He was professional, on-time, reliable, and yet very flexible- all the things you want in a musician. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

We hired James for our daughter's wedding in August of 2008. It poured down rain (actually setting a record that day) and James was so professional and accomodating around our rain problems. He was soaked getting his gear to the pavillion, but he performed beautifully for the hour before the service, during the service and after. He even worked up a rendition of Pachabel's cannon in D for my husband and I as we renewed our vows for our 25th anniversary that same day. We met with James prior to the wedding and he played pieces for us and even did some extra videos of other selections for my daughter to pick from. He is someone I'd highly recommend. James had an awesome acoustic live sound, we requested a couple of special songs and he followed through and then some. He talented performer and played music via the PA when he took his short breaks. I would definitely recommend him for your next event!
