Harmonic Barbarians is a band of seasoned professionals with many years of performance experience in the central Ohio area. The band is a versatile
trio which performs blues, pop, rock, and jazz material.
Lead vocalist/ guitarist Giles Ponticello has a lengthy track record of performing as a solo guitarist and singer, band performer covering a variety of styles including rock, blues, jazz and folk. With several recordings published including by the OSU Jazz Ensemble, Project One (original jazz band), Linda Dachtyl Quartet, and CD's of original works released on the Blazing Turtle label.
Richard Kolb is a versatile acoustic/electric bass player with many years of performance experience and holds a bachelor's degree in jazz studies from the Ohio State University.
Chris White is a drummer/percussionist with a long history of musical performances to his credit and has performed throughout the mid-western U.S.A. and beyond, in the blues/ rock and jazz genres.
The trio performs at local restaurants, bars, corporate events and parties, all occasions.
