Serving Houston and the Texas Gulf Coast since 2006, Los Vertigos will knock you off balance and make your head spin with their neo-psychedelic, blues-based, retro-rock. The 2014 Night Moves Magazine Music Award winners (best variety band) perform the deep cuts as well as the infectious hits from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. Los Vertigos are always modifying and adding to their repertoire in order to fit the needs of their clients and the specific engagement for which they are hired. They are a band for all occasions whose appeal is multi-generational. Eclectic yet entertaining, Los Vertigos provide their clients with the music of their lifetime but with a Texas-centric point of view. After experiencing this unique ensemble of well-seasoned musicians, one soon realizes that this ain't your grandma's cover band. Think of Los Vertigos the next time you are planning your next non-profit fundraiser, art gallery opening, biker rally, company picnic, or private party. Los Vertigos are also available for ice house, road house, juke joint, and night club bookings as well as wedding receptions, church socials, quinceaneras, and bar mitzvahs.
"You guys are pretty good. I enjoyed the show," posted J.C. Locas on Facebook who caught Los Vertigos at an engagement at the Locker Room Sports Bar and Grill in Sugar Land, Texas.
Ann Sweeny also posted the following review on Facebook after catching a Los Vertigos performance recently: "Happened upon this band by accident at the hockey rink in Sugar Land, TX. Great sound, especially if you like 60s, 70s and 80s music (which I do). For example, they cover Pink Floyd and The Doors authoritatively. And they are old enough to have been playing back then. Loved it!"
"Los Vertigos? They're awesome," posted Sandra Gomez on Facebook who saw the band perform at the Kemah Boardwalk. "I met them in 2008. You won't stay seated. They'll make you want to dance!"

Los Vertigos are available to perform for their clients within a four-hour time period. We can either perform (four) 45 minute sets of music with (three) 15 minute intermissions, or (three) one hour sets of music with (two) 30 minute intermissions. Los Vertigos are also available for (two hour) and even (one hour) performances dependent on the client's needs and the situation.
Los Vertigos travel self-contained with all backline equipment, sound system and sound personnel. However, for multi-band concerts, it is advisable for venue owner or concert producer to provide backline and sound for the engagement which guarantees less dead air, less down time and smoother transitions between band performances. This is just a suggestion and is a minor negotiable point.
