The Gearz is a dynamic professional Classic Rock trio (guitar, bass drums) replicating the great live acts of the mid to late 60's and beyond. Bring the Fillmore Auditorium to your venue with music from Cream, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, the Who, Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Robin Trower, Peter Gabriel, the Beatles, the Byrds and more. We are a very eclectic band that also does rocking country tunes (Brad Paisley, Garth Brooks, Vince Gill, Dwight Yokum, etc.) and a number of popular Tom Petty numbers. For the guitar lovers in the audience, our guitarist is a truly exceptional player who always arouses waves of applause for his performance. All three of us sing (and have strong voices). We have a strong following in our St. Petersburg, FL home area. We are told by our fans that The Gearz represent the only place they can go in this day and age to hear their favorite bands recreated live. We love to play the music we grew up with and truly enjoy performing. We have an excellent reputation of working well with our club owners. We are on time, reliable, professional and do not take drugs at all or get drunk. We can play at lounge volume or or concert levels.
