Throughout the process, Tom was pretty good at communicating with me. I thought his prices were reasonable and I was really looking forward to their performanc e. Unfortunately, the band never showed up!!! And it gets worse. No one even bothered to contact me, at ALL! I didn't get a phone call or even an email. I am so incredibly dissapointed in this band especially Tom. Looki g back, he flaked on coming by to see the area where he would play ay and whe. he was asked about a contract he said we didn't need one. He ruined my party and disappointed myself and my guests.

In response to the above review... Unfortunately on June 21st the band experienced a devastating loss in the "Reign" family and were not able to perform on the above mentioned date. And to ask a band member to perform under such devastating news was unacceptable. The members of Reigns' sole propose is to entertain our audiences, not disappoint them, but due to the unfortunate timing of events, we would understand and share the disappointment of the client, and hoped for they're understanding
