Ray Gray Band - Looking for a Band to make your event special. Look no further... The Ray Gray Band is a Rock-N-Blues and Originals Band. We play a variety of songs and styles. The band has been together for over 15 years catering to private parties, weddings, local venues, whatever. Make your event special with good music!. We play a variety of music from artists like Stevie Ray Vaughn, Hendrix, Doors, ZZ Top, Robin Trower, George Thorogood and more.... Ray Gray Band is Robert Gamache, a seasoned and expert guitarist. Robert Stringer on bass, and Julie Stringer, lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist and Dave Petrie a seasoned diverse drummer.. Robert Gamache, (BG) plays and produces anything that has to do with guitars and strings in the band. BG spent most of his musical days playing in skiing resorts in Colorado. He also spends time on the road in the Great Northwest playing in bars and taverns. This gives BG the country; Southern Blues sounds that mesh with Rob and Julie's sense of traditional Blues and Rock and Roll. Rob Stringer, from the Seattle area and has a deep and diverse background based in blues. He joined BG and Julie adding his styles of blues and rock n roll from the 50's to the 90's. His range and style fills the rhythm section perfectly. Dave Petrie, an articulate and diverse drummer completes the powerful rhythm section. Julie, a strong creative singer, rounds out the band with her smooth and warm vocals, along with Rob, Dave and BG. Their creative vocal leads and harmonies lend to an interesting interpretation of any piece of music whether it is blues or hard core rock and roll!
