ProFusion Classic Rock Band from Youngtown, AZ

Like a Phoenix Rising, the band ProFusion has burst onto the Valley music scene. From the ashes of one of the area's most popular bands and a need to keep the music flowing, these 5 seasoned professionals have fused their talent, experience and a variety of music genres to bring to audiences a diverse mix that has something to please everyone. From the Classic Rock Fan to the Country Fan, the Blues, Pop and R & B Fan, this band has got you covered! This is ProFusion! JAMIE BRAYDEN: Jamie's first time on stage was when she was 3 years old. Her parents were performers and worked her into the act. Needless to say, she's been a professional entertainer for most of her life. She fronted for pop, dance, country and rock bands that performed in many top clubs in the New York, Nashville and Los Angeles area. While in Nashville she sang back-up for many top country artists and appeared at the Grand Ole Opry. In Los Angeles she performed a one-woman cabaret show, "Kaleidoscope" which included her parodies dressed as "Polly Darton", "Tammy WhyNot", "Patsy Decline"and "Tom Joneser". While in L.A., she received the Bronze and Silver Halo Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Entertainment Industry presented by the Southern California Motion Picture Council. Her voice has been described this way:" ...the power of Celine Dion with a pinch of Judy Garland, a dash of Patsy Cline, a sprinkle of Broadway and even a splash of Frank Sinatra" -The Family Channel "Jamie Braydens' incredible diversity and comedic timing always makes her performances a truly entertaining experience." -LA Times "There's a reason why she's known as "The Songgoddess", once people hear Jamie Brayden sing ....they NEVER forget her voice!" -Newsday JOHN HOBART: Born and raised in Detroit, John was in his first band at 15 yrs. old. For 15 yrs he played in just about every club in Detroit . In 1975 John packed up his keyboard and took his musical talents to California from San Fransisco to Los Angeles. In 1999 He moved to Arizona to work on his tan. Over the years it's not surprising that John added his keyboard skills to the music of Ike and Tina Turner, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Contours and Lenny Welch. He was also in the Backup band for The Shangrilas, Chris Montez, The Coasters, The Drifters and Sam the Sham. Until recently, he was the keyboard player for the J Powers Band in Phoenix, AZ RICK HENRY: He was born in a van by the river..... and until recently, he was the guitarist for the J Powers Band in Phoenix, AZ (We're afraid to ask him about anything else) BEN POWERS: Ben is a 4th generation Arizonan, a cowboy, desert mountain survival instructor and played drums with a lot of bands in the 60's, 70's and 80's with weird names like G.D. Lightnin', Mudwizard, Peanut Boy and the All Purpose Circus, Bodacious, and a brief stint with the Incontinentals.He went dark in the 90's and we don't really want to know where he was or what he was doing. We found Ben sleeping in his van down by the Salt River. He seemed harmless and had a PA so we let him join the band. So far so good. TOM FANTE: His music career began in late '60's with "Fat Rabbit", a Dover, DE band; then a long career with the "Little El" Show, an Elvis tribute group. After Little El, he was on the road again with "Crossroads", a show band, playing resorts and casinos on the east coast, midwest, and the Caribbean. There have been many other groups on this long and winding musical career playing with extremely talented musicians, and most recently, with "Green Tea Revival", a country rock group out of Lancaster,Pa. His family has always supported his drive to play and entertain, and are now happy to be living in the Valley of the Sun, still playing music and enjoying life.
