Gas Station Sushi is a group of four seasoned musicians with decades of experience performing live and in studio. While they enjoy both their true love is live performances and the energy they get from a live audience. GSS knows how to keep your patrons entertained and on the dance floor throughout the night. All age groups will enjoy their mix of music from the greatest decades and artists of rock and roll.
GSS is comprised of Roy Rocchio on guitar and lead vocals, Mark Tave on bass and vocals, Dennis VanNote on lead guitar, vocals and harmonica, and Rick Friend on drums. These four came together in Phoenix in 2012 and have been a staple in the area ever since. Together they have a music catalog of not only classic favorites but also some great lost gems that not every other band is performing. Their diversity allows them to pull from many influences and play something for everyone.
