Step In Time is Marcia and Monte Jones; Vocalists/Instrumentalists. For individuals looking for wedding music - In addition to Highland Bagpipes, we can provide light classical instrumentals/vocals while people are being seated, special music during the ceremony, and provide entertainment for the cocktail hour/reception. In addition to Step In Time, Marcia and Monte are members of Celtic Circle Ceilidh Band and O'Ryan's Belt - both 7 member Celtic Bands. Hallmarks of Step In Time are exceptional vocals and high energy instrumentals on: Highland Bagpipes, Smallpipes, Guitar, Bouzouki, Mandolin, Whistles, Flute, Concertina, Harmonica, Recorder, and bodhran. Our humorous, engaging stage presence adds a unique touch to any event. Step In time specializes in Bagpipes, Celtic, Wedding, Seafaring/Pirate, Medieval/Renaissance, Standards, Country, Contemporary and whatever else fits an event's theme. We can also provide costumed performances for Renaissance, Pirate, and 19th Century themed events, including weddings. We have kilts for weddings and Scottish/Celtic events. As former members of the Celtic band Heirloom, Monte and Marcia have performed in the UK at the Cramlington Folk Festival and Cramlington Folk Club in Cramlington England; Clachaig Inn, Glencoe Scotland; Puffer Bar, Easdale Island Argyll, Scotland and Carrick-A-Rede Pub in Ballintoy, Northern Ireland. In the US at Bethlehem Celtic Classic, Central NY Celtic Festival, Edinboro Highland Games, Ligonier Highalnd Games, Long lake Irish Festival, Maine Highland Games, Southern New Hampshire Scottish Games. Step In Time has performed at the AASC National Conference in Columbus Ohio; Buffalo Irish Festival, Amherst Highland Games, Olcott Highland Games, Penn Dixie Pirate Festival, Evangola Pirate Festival, Carrousel Museum Renaissance Faire and numerous summer concert series, pubs and private venues.
