I hired Mario for my Family Reunion. He was punctual, polite and very respectful to everyone. He did everything I asked and stepped in accordingly for last minute requests. The portraits were spot on. Everyone loved their drawing. It put smiles on everyone's faces. This is still the talk of the reunion. He will be coming back for my next event. Job well done Mario! Kids (aging from 5-10) interacted well with Mario and love the finished picture. Adults enjoyed watching him work. He made sure to get all the party guests done first before doing siblings of the invited guests.

Mario's camp responded to my request for a caricature artist within 15 minutes of my post. Within the hour, they answered all of my questions and were booked. Mario showed up early on the day of the event; he was engaging; and he stayed late (on his own accord) in order to put a smile on people's faces with his drawing talent. A few weeks later, I received a special thank you gift. I would definitely recommend him to others, and I will definitely use him again at a future event.

We booked Mr. Luque and paid a deposit in September for our child's first birthday in December. He was professional and we were looking forward to having him at our carnival themed party. Shortly after he and his wife asked if we could modify our party time. I advised that we could not because invitations were already mailed but confirmed that he could come at 3pm instead of 2pm so he would have time to travel from another gig. On the night before our party at 7pm, Mr. Luque sent a text message confirming that the time of his other gig changed and he could no longer make it to our party. It was a huge inconvenience and took away from our party. DO NOT BOOK!

In my contract that they signed back in 2017, it says if the artist cant make it (very rare), we will return their money AND offer to find them a new artist. I returned their money and they refused my offer for me to call artists that I respect to see if they are available. This event was from 2017. A year later, they decide to try to hurt my caricature business by giving me the worse rating possible. It truly is unfair. When a weird thing happened and I had to cancel, I did it in advance of the event. I fully returned their money. I offered to find them another artist. They said NO. There’s nothing more that I could do. This is very unfair.

Let me start off by saying, I could not have found a better person to do my event. I got a great deal too! Mario is a caricaturist and his wife Renata is also a photographer. I needed a caricaturist and a photographer and so I saved by using both services, as opposed to booking them separately. My event went 100% according to plan. Mario was in the right place at the right time. He was very accommodating. I texted him at 1:30 a.m. at night because I was worried about rain ruining my outdoors event. And he was willing to change the time, and we did. Mario saved the day, because it would have rained in the original time slot. They are genuine and very caring.

Mario arrived on time, set up immediately, was most accommodating of requests by guests, cordial and pleasant to speak with, and he put guests at ease while he was drawing them. I hired Mario for my nephew's engagement party. It was a small crowd and I wanted to spice it up a bit, and having Mario draw caricatures was the perfect touch. He did a particularly good job of chatting with his subjects as he drew to make them more comfortable while sitting there being drawn. Everyone left with a drawing for their party favor. I would definitely do it again.

Mario did a great job at our daughter's graduation. He was very good working with everyone and kept the drawings going very quickly. He even stayed over to get everyone's drawing complete. All of our daughter's friends were very happy with their memento of the day. I would recommend him for your event.
