My name is Kathy Bailey, and I've been a professional caricaturist for 7+ years (since 1999). I pride myself on being an ENTERTAINER, not just a caricaturist. I strive to be as personable as possible, making even the shyest kids (and adults) feel at ease. Unlike many other artists, I also am easy to work with AND I have a sense of humor (grin) Although I draw very fast (30+ black and white faces per hour, 25 black + white faces with bodeis per hour, 20 color faces per hour, or 12-15 full color faces with bodies per hour), I don't just crank out drawings, yelling 'NEXT!' between each drawing. I try to make getting a caricature a memorable and fun experience, so everyone will remember your event for years to come. I cater my style to the person I'm drawing - I don't want to scar anyone for life! I have experience drawing for every kind of event imaginable, and I am the sole caricaturist for Peddler's Village in Lahaska and have been since 2000.
